Higher Education Coordinating Council Co-Chairs to Meet by Conference Call on August 3, 2011 and August 12, 2011
TALLAHASSEE -- Marshall Criser, III and Jon Moyle, Sr., co-chairs of the Higher Education Coordinating Council will be meeting for administrative purposes - by conference call.
The dates for future conference calls, as scheduled, are below. The two officers will discuss plans and subjects for future meetings.

Please note: The full Council will meet in Tallahassee on August 18, 2011. The Council will meet from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
The seven (7) member Council was established to identify unmet needs and to facilitate solutions to disputes regarding the creation of new degree programs and the establishment of new institutes, campuses, or centers. The purpose of the Council is to make recommendations to the Legislature, the State Board of Education, and the Board of Governors, State University System of Florida.
The Board of Governors is the constitutional body created by voters in 2002 to guide the State University System of Florida.
