TALLAHASSEE - Chair Thomas G. Kuntz has scheduled a conference call with designated staff of the Higher Education Coordinating Council and any available members of the Council for Tuesday, September 9, at 4:30 p.m. The purpose of this conference call is to discuss the agenda for the scheduled full Council meeting to be held on September 23, 2014. Discussion may include draft work from the designated staff representatives of the Council.

The September 23rd meeting will be held in the Turlington Building, 17th Floor, 325 West Gaines Street, Tallahassee, FL. The meeting will begin at 10:00 a.m. and adjourn at 12:30 p.m., or upon conclusion of business.

The Council was established to identify unmet needs and to facilitate solutions to disputes regarding the creation of new degree programs and the establishment of new institutes, campuses, or centers. Its purpose is to make recommendations to the Legislature, the State Board of Education, and the Board of Governors, State University System of Florida. Administrative support for the Council is shared by the Office of Articulation, Florida Department of Education and the Board of Governors, State University System of Florida.
